Frequently Asked Questions
What do you do, exactly?
The Services section of this page is pretty exhaustive, so I do recommend reviewing it. The TL;DR (which isn't very specific) is that I solve problems. You bring me a problem you're having and I help you fix it, either by pointing you in the direction of another professional, a training, implementing systems myself, or helping you hire someone.

What if I know something is wrong, but I don't know what the problem is?
If you're feeling stuck or frustrated, then you're right: that's a great indication that something is wrong. Not being able to put your finger on the issue is why you should schedule a call with me. You'll be able to tell me about how you're currently doing things and I will ask questions that will help me (and therefore you) ferret out exactly what's causing you strife. Basically: You don't have to know exactly what's wrong to be able to work with me, because I can help you figure it out.
What does it cost to work with you?
I want to be as transparent as possible about pricing, so I work to keep the Pricing page as updated as possible. Since every issue is unique, I try to keep the packages unique as well, which means pricing will vary. The best way to find out what your solution would cost is to check out the Pricing page and then schedule a (free) call with me.
Nitty gritty: My pricing is based on a combination of my hourly rate and an estimation of how long the project will take. As demand for my time increases, so will my hourly rate. It's that simple.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are part of a minority community of any sort (disclosure not required), I do offer some sliding scale options that we can discuss at the time of your initial consult. This is part of my mission to pay forward grace I have received and to make sure that we're all rising together.
